A maxi dress with a short raglan sleeve and a front and back scoop neck. This dress has a lot of volume. The front has a seam with gathers and pockets just below the natural waist. The gathers in the front are placed low enough to be seen when wearing its matching belt. Or wear it with a different belt. Or no belt. The fabric has a beautiful drape.
